Welcome and don't be shy! Bella Pole and Dance is a safe and comfortable place where women come to discover their unique sexy! We offer classes for all shapes, sizes and ages.
Get ready to set your soul on fire in our 5 week beginner pole dancing classes that is designed specifically for all fitness levels! You will progressively learn, spins, transitions, floor work and all the in between moves to put it all together in a complete routine! It is best to wear yoga like clothing or something easy to move in, leggings for beginner levels with tank or t-shirt. We don't wear shoes or socks and knee pads are strongly suggested. Leg warmers are optional and fun!
Class meets once a week for 90 minutes. Space is limited and classes are small to ensure personalized instruction.

It is best to wear yoga like clothing, something easy to move in. For example, leggings or shorts, and tank. At beginner level we don't wear shoes or heels and suggest not to wear socks since our floors can be slippery. Please remove any jewelry prior to class, especially rings and refrain from wearing lotions, and strong scents like perfumes to class. Knee pads are suggested.
Students must be 18+ but our average student is 33 and we have students of all ages. We do not have a weight limit. We have 5 professional poles that are safe for plus size women.
Our classes are small with no more than 10 student for a Series. Our smaller class sizes allows for more one on one attention. Since our classes are small we suggest signing up for classes ASAP because space does fill up fast.
We don't offer co-ed classes and we are a women's only studio to help create a space for women to feel comfortable to express themselves through sensual feminine movement.
